Designed for organisations looking to combine productivity with exceptional hospitality, The Signature Gathering offers a seamless day-to-evening experience in the heart of the countryside.
Hosted within our beautifully restored Cowshed event space, providing a versatile setting for meetings, presentations, networking, and team engagement.
Guests will be welcomed with freshly baked pastries and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day, alongside a refreshment break and our signature Feast Day grazing style lunch. As the day transitions into the evening, attendees can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival before gathering for a flame-cooked BBQ dinner, complemented by half a bottle of wine per person.

The Estate Gathering
For larger-scale corporate events, The Estate Gathering offers exclusive use of Silchester Farm's event spaces and gardens, providing the freedom and flexibility to create a truly bespoke experience for up to 100 guests.
Whether you're hosting a company celebration, client event, summer gathering, or business conference, guests will enjoy exclusive access to the estate's beautiful surroundings, creating a private and immersive setting from arrival through to evening.

The Farmhouse Retreat
Escape the boardroom and gather in the characterful surroundings of our beautiful Grade II listed Farmhouse. Exclusive to your group, The Farmhouse Retreat offers a relaxed yet refined setting for leadership teams, strategy sessions, client meetings, and intimate company gatherings.
Steeped in history and rich with original features, the Farmhouse provides a welcoming space where meaningful conversations, creative thinking, and collaboration can flourish. With exclusive use of the ground floor, guests can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a countryside home, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Silchester Farm estate. Throughout the day, delegates are invited to embrace the slower pace of the countryside, with exclusive access to our outdoor heated swimming pool - perfect for a refreshing morning swim, a restorative break between sessions, or simply taking time to recharge in a peaceful setting. It is this balance of productivity and wellbeing that transforms a meeting into a true retreat.
Thoughtfully curated food and drink are woven throughout the experience, beginning with a warm welcome of freshly baked pastries and artisan refreshments. Guests will enjoy our signature Feast Day grazing lunch, showcasing generous seasonal fare designed for sharing and connection. As the day transitions into the evening, conversations continue over wood-fired pizzas and seasonal sides, freshly prepared in our outdoor kitchen and served to the Farmhouse. Designed to bring teams together in a relaxed and inspiring countryside setting, The Field & Fire Experience combines engaging team-building activities with exceptional food and hospitality.
Guests will enjoy exclusive use of Silchester Farm's event spaces and gardens, centred around our beautifully restored Cowshed. The experience begins with a selection of lunchtime canapés and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, before teams head outdoors to enjoy activities tailored to their objectives.
We are proud to work alongside Hi 5 Events, offering access to a wide range of team-building experiences designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and connection. From problem-solving challenges and competitive games to energising outdoor activities, there is something to suit every team and occasion.
As the day transitions into the evening, guests will gather for our signature Fire Feast. Showcasing the very best seasonal ingredients, this interactive dining experience celebrates flame-cooked and smoke-infused dishes prepared over open fire. Guests can enjoy a selection of expertly cooked meats and vibrant vegetarian options, accompanied by crispy dripping potatoes, charred seasonal vegetables, fresh salads, and an array of carefully crafted accompaniments. The experience is complemented by half a bottle of wine per person, creating the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and celebrate together.
